The watch cases are conceived starting from the pencil drawing. This gives free rein to the imagination and to the experimentation of new forms and solutions.

Il bozzetto passa al disegno tecnico ad alla sua successiva ingegnerizzazione. Spesso da qui si realizzano tutte le soluzioni proposte e se ne misura l’affidabilità.

The sketch passes to the technical drawing and to its subsequent engineering. Often all the proposed solutions are implemented from here and their reliability is measured.

Il grande investimento richiesto anche in termini di tempo per allestire e rodare il sistema, sta ripagando con l’infinita libertà del poter sviluppare il prodotto in casa.

Anche dopo un raffinato lavoro a computer alcuni passaggi vengono completati a mano per poter raggiungere i livelli di finitura e lucentazza desiderati. La lavorazione può essere eseguita solo su alcuni lati per creare il contrasto tra l’effetto damascato dei passaggi macchina e la perfetta lucidatura a pietra a bagno d’acqua. Ultimo passaggio di pulizia con pasta abrasiva e disco di stoffa ad alta velocità.

Even after a refined computer work, some steps are completed by hand in order to achieve the desired levels of finish and gloss. The processing can be performed only on some sides to create the contrast between the damask effect of the machine passages and the perfect water-bath stone polishing.
Last cleaning step with abrasive paste and high speed cloth disc.
